Laws

• Remove filibuster in Senate
• Expand and cap the Supreme Court at 13 members (one for each federal circuit)
• Increase house seat cap from 435 to 870
• Age limits: 65 at time of election
• Wealth cap at 10,000 years worth of minimum wage yearly income (~1B 2025 dollars)
• Annex D.C. and Puerto Rico as states
• Split CA into 3 states, NY/WA/IL/OR/MD into 2 states
• Nationalize SpaceX
• Dissolve FOX, Newsmax, OANN
• Eliminate fossil fuel subsidies
• Corporations can’t own single family housing
• Ban gambling ads
• President does not have tariff power

Amendments

• Replace Electoral College with popular vote
• Term limits: 12 years for Congress, 18 years for Supreme Court
• Redraw and freeze house districts (as adjudicated by Supreme Court)
• Expand Senate to 200; reduce minimum per State from 2 to 1 Senator
• Ranked choice voting for President and Congress
• Corporation campaign donation cap of $10,000 (no PACs)
• Right to food, water, and housing
• Right to education (enshrine Dep. of Ed.), healthcare (enshrine ACA), and income (UBI)
• President cannot use emergency or war powers until declared by Congress
• Impeachment/removal votes in Congress are anonymous

Executive Actions

• Arrest Trump, Miller, Vought, RFK, Hegseth, Homan, Gabbard, Patel, and others for high crimes.
